毛弘毅

毛弘毅，华中科技大学管理科学与工程专业博士、信息管理与信息系统专业学士，美国理海大学、法国里昂商学院访问学者，贵州财经大学工商管理学院副教授，博士/硕士生导师，贵州省“千层次创新型人才”，贵州省哲学社会科学“青年学术先锋”，国家科技项目入库专家，贵州省商务厅专家，安徽省省级领军人才。研究方向包括企业数字化/智能转型、AI服务与商业价值、商务智能与供应链管理、云服务等。

近年来在 Knowledge-Based Systems、International Journal of Production Economics、International Journal of Operations & Production Management、Technological Forecasting and Social Change、Supply Chain Management: An International Journal、International Journal of Information Management、Journal of Business Research、Information Technology & People、Journal of Enterprise Information Management、Industrial Management & Data Systems、Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing、Information Development、《管理学报》、《系统管理学报》等国内外知名期刊及国际信息系统顶级会议上发表论文20余篇，其中SCI/SSCI收录20篇，CSSCI收录2篇。

主持完成国家级课题2项（《智能IT服务驱动的商业模型弹性构建与优化研究》、《基于双态模型的IT外包服务采纳及其风险研究》，其中后者绩效评估为“优”）；主持贵州省教育科学规划重点项目《高等教育中生成式人工智能应用对学生创造性思维发展的作用研究》；主持贵州省自然科学基金面上项目《基于数字网络效应的企业AIaaS价值识别与机制优化研究》、贵州省哲学社会科学一般项目《贵州发展云服务“首位产业”政策设计与实施路径研究》；主持完成贵州省科技厅科学计划项目《数字化转型背景下企业数字能力整合模型及其应用研究》、江西省软科学科研计划《互联网+时代江西省智慧城市IT能力评价模型及其应用研究》等省级科研课题4项；主持完成贵州省教改课题《基于流体验的工商管理课程实践项目教学改革与设计研究》，并承担其他各类课题若干。参与国家重点重大课题2项、国家自然科学基金多项；参与国家“2011工程”、协同创新中心建设、武钢（集团）技术创新体系建设研究、住房保障信息化建设规划研究、佛山供电局ITSS评价与实施等多项横向课题。此外，参与了IT服务质量国际标准修订工作。

成果《数字平台商业模式创新：综述与展望》获陕西省高等学校人文社会科学研究优秀成果特等奖。作为第一指导教师指导学生参加全国企业竞争模拟大赛获全国二等奖、省级一等奖。

现为 Data Science and Management 期刊优秀编委，国际信息系统协会AIS-SIG-ISAP终身会员，并担任 Information & Management、International Journal of Information Management 等信息系统领域期刊审稿人。

Hongyi Mao

Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering (Huazhong University of Science and Technology), B.A. in Information Management and Information Systems(Huazhong University of Science and Technology), Visiting Scholar at Lehigh University (USA) and emlyon business school (France). Currently, he isCurrently, he an Associate Professor, Ph.D. supervisor, and Master’s supervisor at the School of Business Administration, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. He has been recognized as an Innovative Talent (Qian-Level) of Guizhou Province, a Young Academic Pioneer of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Guizhou, a National S&T Project Review Expert, an Expert of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce, and a Provincial Leading Talent of Anhui Province.

Research Interests

His research interests include enterprise digital and intelligent transformation, AI services and business value, business intelligence and supply chain management, and cloud services.

Publications

In recent years, he has published over 20 papers in well-known international and domestic journals and top IS conferences, including Knowledge-Based Systems, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Business Research, Information Technology & People, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Industrial Management & Data Systems, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Information Development, Chinese Journal of Management, and Journal of Systems & Management. Among them, 20 papers were indexed in SCI/SSCI and 2 in CSSCI.

Research Projects

He has led two national-level projects: Research on the Resilient Construction and Optimization of Business Models Driven by Intelligent IT Services and Research on IT Outsourcing Adoption and Risk Based on the Bimodal Model (the latter rated “Excellent”). He has also led multiple provincial projects, including:

· The Role of Generative AI Applications in Developing Students’ Creative Thinking in Higher Education (Key Project, Guizhou Education Science Planning)

· Enterprise AIaaS Value Recognition and Mechanism Optimization Based on Digital Network Effects (Guizhou Natural Science Foundation)

· Policy Design and Implementation Path for Developing Cloud Services as a Leading Industry in Guizhou (Guizhou Philosophy and Social Sciences)

· Enterprise Digital Capability Integration Model and Its Application under Digital Transformation (Guizhou Natural Science Foundation)

· Evaluation Model of IT Capabilities for Smart Cities in the Internet+ Era: A Case of Jiangxi Province (Jiangxi Soft Science Research)

He has also undertaken education reform projects, participated in two major national key projects, several NSFC projects, and multiple industry collaborations (including WISCO Group’s innovation system, housing security informatization planning, and ITSS evaluation for Foshan Power Supply Bureau). In addition, he has contributed to the revision of international IT service quality standards.

Achievements and Honors

His work Digital Platform Business Model Innovation: Overview and Prospect won the First Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences of Higher Education Institutions in Shaanxi Province. As the primary advisor, he guided students to win the national second prize and provincial first prize in the National Business Simulation Competition.

Academic Service

He currently serves as an Outstanding Editorial Board Member of Data Science and Management, a lifetime member of AIS-SIG-ISAP, and acts as a reviewer for leading IS journals including Information & Management and International Journal of Information Management.
