贵州财经大学领导力研究中心于2016年3月获学校批准成立。目前有专职研究人员6人,其中教授2人,副教授3人,全部具有博士学位。中心研究人员中有省管专家1人,省高层次创新型“千层次”人才2人,博士生导师2人。

自成立以来,中心恪守客观、公正、诚信的原则,求真务实地开展科学研究,并积极地服务社会。目前已在《Personnel PsychologyJournal of Business Ethics《科研管理《管理科学《管理评论》《管理工程学报》等国内外权威期刊上发表论文100余篇;主持国家自然科学基金5项,国家社会科学基金1项、教育部人文社科基金1它省级、厅级和横向课题若干;获得省部级奖4项。
